Executive summary:

In an isolated eye chicken test performed in compliance with the GLP, 2'-[2,4-dichloro-5-(1-methylethoxy)phenyl]-2,2-dimethylpropionohydrazide (named as 1-(2,4-dichloro 5-isopropoxy phenyl) 2-trimethylacetyl hydrazine (DIPTH)) induced no irritation of the eyes. It can be therefore concluded that it is not classified as corrosive or severe irritant.
