Justification for classification or non-classification

Evidence of neurotoxicity was not observed in a 28-day repeated dose delayed neurotoxicity study in the hen (OECD 419), or in a 13-week rat feeding study that included a functional observational battery and brain cholineserase measurement. Therefore, classification of Doverphos S-9228 is not justified according to the criteria described in Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
