Any other information on results incl. tables
The tests were performed in accordance with EEC-Guideline A.14. as specified in Directive 92/69/EEC (seventeenth adaptation of Directive 67/548/EEC, Annex V) to meet regulatory requirements. Study conducted in compliance with GLP.
THERMAL SENSITIVITY
Serial 1 (using a nozzle plate with 2 mm in diameter):
After a period of approx. two and a half minutes in all three attempts a short crackling and hissing was heard. Afterwards the bottom of the tubes was dented.
Serial 2 (using a nozzle plate with 6 mm in diameter):
There were no explosions in serial 2. also the shape of the tubes was unchanged afterwards. After a period of approx. 5 minutes the substance burned off with small flame.
It can be reported that there is no explosive property of Reaktiv-Gelb F-66923 FW(G) induced by flame.
MECHANICAL SENSITIVITY (SHOCK)
None of the six single tests showed any sparking or exploding.
It can be reported that there is no explosive property of Reaktiv-Gelb F-66923 FW (G) induced by shock.
MECHANICAL SENSITIVITY (FRICTION)
None of the six single tests showed any sparking or exploding.
It can be reported that there is no explosive property of Reaktiv-Gelb F-66923 FW (G) induced by friction.
SUMMARY
The results and observations of the tests carried out verify that the test substance Reaktiv-Gelb F-66923 FW (G) has no explosive properties at all.
