There was some evidence for potential clastogenic and mitotic effects in vivo. However the data are of (very) limited reliability. Without any result from a proper guideline study no conclusion can be drawn.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Due to the lack of sufficiently reliable data no classification was assigned to the substance for mutagenicity - genetic toxicity, according to the criteria given in Directive 67/548/EEC, as amended for the 28th time in Directive 2001/59/EC, Annex VI, 4.2.2. The corresponding reason was set to "inconclusive".

 

Due to the lack of sufficiently reliable data no classification was assigned to the substance for germ cell mutagenicity, according to the criteria in Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008, Annex I, Part 3, 3.5. The corresponding reason was set to "inconclusive".
