Additional information

Two dataset have been evaluated. One OECD Guideline study and a dataset from the Ministry of the Environment of Japan. Both sources show toxicity of cetrimonium bromide to freshwater microalgae in the microgram/L range. Data provided from the OECD Guideline study shows the highest toxicity with EC50 of 4.11 microgram/L, and a NOEC of 1.1 microgram/L.
