Additional information - workers

There is a 90 day repeated dose toxicity study by the inhalation route available for read-across substance, CAS 67762-53-2, which provides a NOAEC of 0.5 mg/L (500 mg/m3); this value was selected as the starting point for deriving the long-term systemic inhalation DNEL as it is the only inhalation study available. A 90 day repeated dose toxicity study by the dermal route with CAS 67762-53-2 provided a NOAEL of 2000 mg/kg bw/day; this value was selected as the starting point for deriving the long-term systemic dermal DNEL because it is from a dermal study with the longest duration. Acute and long-term local DNELs (dermal and inhalation) were not derived as the substance is not classified for local effects. Acute systemic DNELs (dermal and inhalation) were not derived because the substance is not classified for acute systemic effects.
