Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information
The submission substance is highly insoluble in water (3.9 µg/L, see IUCLID section 4). Owing to this, (super)saturated solutions were tested with nominal concentrations exceeding the maximum water solubility of the submission substance by far. In the available tests on fish (acute) and Daphnia magna (acute), no toxic effects were observed.
Data on the toxicity of the submission substance to aquatic plants (according to testing guideline OECD 201) and microorganisms (according to testing guideline OECD 209) are available for the read across substance C.I. Pigment Violet 23. No toxic effects were observed in these studies.
Conclusion on classification
No effects of acute toxicity could be observed at concentration levels far above the maximum water solubility of the submission substance as well as in studies of the read across substance C.I. Pigment Violet 23.
Classification according to REGULATION (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP): The submission substance needs not to be classified for aquatic hazard categories acute 1 and chronic hazard categories 1-3.
