Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

A study was performed according to OECD guideline 202 (RCC Umweltchemie AG 1996b) using Daphnia magna and a supersaturated stock suspension in a limit test of 100 mg/L (mean measured concentration: 0.062 mg/L). The stock suspension was continuously stirred at room temperature in the dark over 2 hours and then filtered. Only the undiluted filtrate with the maximum concentration of dissolved respectively very fine dispersed test substance was used as the test medium.

The 48-hour NOEC and the 48-hour EC0 were determined to be at least at the loading rate of 100 mg/L (0.062 mg/L mean measured). The 48 -hour LOEC and the 48 -hour EC50 were clearly higher than the loading rate of 100 mg/L (0.062 mg/L mean measured). No mortality or visible abnormalities were observed during the test period of 48 hours. Therefore, the test substance is with high probability acutely not harmful to aquatic invertebrates. No acute toxic effects occur within the range of solubility.
