Remarks on result:
other: Limit value reported as overall vapour pressure value for test item

For runs 1 and 2, there were initial high weight losses at lower temperatures. This was indicative of degassing of the sample. Only the data from runs 3 and 4 have therefore been reported. The final results were considered to be below the threshold of accurate sensitivity of the instrument. In addition, the lower range of the effusion method according to OECD Method 104 is 1 x 10-10 Pa. Based on a consideration of each of the regressions used to extrapolate the vapour pressure, a limit value has been estimated as less than 1 x 10-7Pa at 25°C. This represents the highest vapour pressure that could be calculated from the data set.

The VT for the measurement at 223.37°C was anomalously high and was therefore excluded from the calculations as an outlier.

Conclusions:
The vapour pressure of the test item was determined to be < 1 x 10-07 Pa at 25°C.
Executive summary:

The vapour pressure of the test item was determined in a study following OECD 104 and EC Method A.4 guidelines, using the effusion method. The vapour pressure of the test item was determined to be < 1 x 10-7 Pa at 25°C.

The study is a GLP compliant, guideline experimental study and is fully acceptable for assessment of this endpoint.
