Administrative data
First-aid measures
Inhalation
-Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration by qualified personnel. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical attention.
Eye contact
- Remove contact lenses (if any). Do not allow to rub eyes or keep eyes closed. Immediately flush eyes with plenty of running water for at least 15 minutes, lifting lower and upper eyelids occasionally. Get medical attention immediately.
Skin contact
- Rinse effected area with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing.
- If symptoms persist, get medical attention.
- Wash contaminated clothing before re-use. Destroy contaminated shoes.
Ingestion
- Wash out mouth with water, Do NOT induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Loosen tight such as collar, tie, belt or waistband. Get medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media
- Use extinguishing measures that are appropriate to local circumstances and the surrounding environment. Contact professional fire-fighters immediately. Cool containers with flooding quantities of water prevent rupture until well after fire is out. For small fires, do NOT use dry chemicals, carbon dioxide, halon or foams. USE WATER ONLY. For large fires flood fire with water from a distance.

- During a fire, irritating and toxic gases may be generated by thermal decomposition
- Hydrochloric acid in excess can react with many metals to produce flammable hydrogen gas. Neutralize with limestone, slaked lime, or soda ash to minimize formation of potentially explosive hydrogen gas.
Special protective equipment for fire-fighters
- As in any fire, full protective gear and self contained breathing apparatus should be worn.

- Notify safety personnel of large leaks or spills. Ventilate area of leak or spill. Contain large spills, collect or flush water to a holding area for neutralization. Do not flush directly to sewer or surface waters. Surfaces contaminated this material and small spills or leaks should be covered with excess of a inorganic absorbent like lime, soda ash to neutralize. Place the neutralized material into containers suitable for eventual disposal, reclamation, destruction.
Methods for cleaning up
- Contain large spills, collect or flush water to a holding area for neutralization. Do not flush directly to sewer or surface waters.
- Surfaces contaminated with this material or small spills or leaks should be covered with excess of a inorganic absorbent like lime, soda ash to neutralize.
- Wash up with water using inorganic absorbent like lime or soda ash, neutralize with lime or soda ash, and flush area with water. Do not flush directly to sewer or surface waters.
- Keep in properly labeled, suitable, closed containers for disposal.

- Keep in a tightly closed container, stored in a cool, dry, well ventilated area. Protect against physical damage. Containers of this material may be hazardous when empty since they retain product residues (liquid, solids after long duration or drying of liquid); observe all warnings and precautions listed for the product.

The selection of the suitable gloves does not only depend on the material, but also on further marks
of quality and varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. As the product is a preparation of several
substances, the resistance of the glove material can not be calculated in advance and has therefore
to be checked prior to the application.

The exact break trough time has to be found out by the manufacturer of the protective gloves and
has to be observed.
