- PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: The test medium of the highest test concentration (100 mg/l (nominal) in M4 medium was prepared by using stirring a period of 20 min at 20 +/- 2 °C. Following this, serial dilutions of this test concentration were made in order to obtain the desired additional test concentrations.
