First-aid measures

1. Description of first-aid measures:
General information:
In all cases of doubt, or when symptoms persist, seek medical advice. In case of unconsciousness give nothing by mouth, place in unconscious position and seek medical advice.

Inhalation:
After inhalation remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. In case of irregular breathing or respiratory arrest provide artificial respiration. Call a poison center or doctor/physican.

In case of skin contact:
Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. Do not use solvents or thinners.

Eye contact:
In case of eye contact immediately flush with large quantities of clean water for at least 15 minutes . Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Call physican.

After ingestion:
If swallowed, rinse mouth with water (only if the person is conscious). Don't induce vomitting because of risk of aspiration into lungs. See physican immediately.

2. Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed:
In all cases of doubt, or when symptoms persist, seek medical advice.

Fire-fighting measures

1. Extinguishing media
Suitable extinguishing media:
Water spray, foam, carbon dioxide or dry chemical agent.
Extinguishing media which must not be used for safety reasons:
None.

2. Special exposure hazards arising from the substance or preparation itself, its combustion products or from resulting gases:
Gases: carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oxides of phosphorus.

3. Special protective equipment for firefighters:
In case of fire: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus.
Additional information:
Do not allow water used to extinguish fire to enter drains, ground or waterways. Treat runoff as hazardous.

Accidental release measures

1. Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures
Cleaning-up personal shold wear suitable protective clothing and equipment to prevent contact with skin and eyes, and inhalation of dust. Ensure that appropriate ventilation is in place (LEV) or wear appropriate respirator when ventilation is inadequate.

2. Environmental measures
Do not allow to enter public sewers and watercourse. If the product contaminates sewages, rivers or lakes, inform competent authorities in accordance with local regulations.

3. Methods and material for containment and cleaning up
Use mechanical handling equipement. Collect the spilled product into suitable containers, which must be tightly sealed. Avoid raisng dust. Disposal in accordance with the local regulations.

Handling and storage

1. Precautions for safe handling
Advise on safe handling. Eating, drinking and smoking should be prohibited in areas where this material is handled, stored and processed. Workers should wash hands before eating, drinking and smoking. Do not breathe dust. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes (wear tightly fit safety goggles), skin (wear appropriate gloves) and clothing (chemical protection suits). Use only with adequate ventilation of work areas (LEV with 95% efficiency). Wear appropriate respirator when ventilation is inadequate. Avoid dust formation and ignition sources.

Precautions against fire and explosion:
Take precautionary measures against static discharge.

2. Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
Store away from heat, moisture, oxidizing agents, peroxides and water.
Store in accordance with local regulations. Store in original container protected from direct sunlight in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area, away from incompatible materials, food and drink. Keep container tightly closed until ready for use. Containers that have been opened must be carefully resealed. Do not empty containers with pressure - no pressure vessel! Smoking is forbidden. Do not store in unlabelled containers. Use appropriate containment to avoid environmental contamination.

3. Specific end use(s)
Observe technical data sheet. Observe instructions for use.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Appropriate engeneering controls:
Where this material is not used in a closed system, Local Exhaustive Ventilation (LEV) with a 95% effeciancy should be in place to contorl exposure.

Individual protection measures, such as personal protective equipement:
Eye/face protection: Safety googles (thighly fit) . contact lenses should not be worn.
Skin proetection: Chemical protecting suits and gloves. Closed footwear.
Respiratory protection: If LEV is not provided in the working area wear approved respirator. Storage area should be well ventilated.

Environmental exposure control:
Do not allow to enter public sewers and watercourse. If the product contaminates sewages, rivers or lakes, inform competent authorities in accordance with local regulations.

Stability and reactivity

Stability: The product is stable under normal ambient conditions.
Possibility of hazardous reactions: Under normal conditions of storage and use, hazardous reations will not occur.
Material to void: Keep away from oxidising agents, peroxides and strong acids.
Conditions to avoid: Keep away from heat, moisture and static discharges.
Hazardous decomposition products: Under normal conditions of storage and use hazardous decomposition products shoud not be produced. In case of fire decomposition products may include oxides of carbon and oxides of phosphorus.

Disposal considerations

This material should be disposed as hazardous waste. Disposal should be in accordance with Directive 2008/98/EC and with local regulations.
Do not allow to enter public sewers and watercourse. If the product contaminates sewages, rivers or lakes, inform competent authorities in accordance with local regulations.
