For human, the restriction to medication to a pregnant woman is not indicated by the appending document of the medical supplies using this substance in Japan. Moreover, it is also used as medical supplies and classified into Category A in Australia. Category A means that it is the medicine which has been used for many pregnant women and the woman of the conceivable age, and any proof that increase in the frequency of deformation and the frequency of the direct and indirect detrimental action to an embryo is not observed.
