Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Bei allen Maßnahmen nach unbeabsichtigter Freisetzung ist

persönliche Schutzausrüstung (siehe "Handhabung") zu

verwenden.

Für ausreichende Lüftung sorgen. Das Einatmen von

Stoffpartikeln sowie der Haut- und Augenkontakt sind zu

vermeiden.

Nicht in die Kanalisation/Oberflächenwasser/Grundwasser

gelangen lassen. Eindringen in den Untergrund vermeiden.

Festen Stoff vor dem Aufnehmen anfeuchten bzw. mit

feuchtem, inerten Material abdecken. In verschließbare und

vorschriftsmäßig gekennzeichnete Behälter füllen und in

Übereinstimmung mit lokalen Entsorgungsbestimmungen

entsorgen.

Handling and storage

Handling: Das Einatmen des Stoffes sowie der Haut- und Augenkontakt

sind zu vermeiden. Staub ist unmittelbar am Entstehungsort

abzusaugen. Wenn technische Absaug- oder Lüftungsmaßnahmen

nicht möglich oder unzureichend sind, muss Atemschutz

getragen werden (Filtergerät mit Partikelfilter). Zur

Vermeidung von Hautkontakt sind Schutzhandschuhe aus PVC

sowie staubdichte Chemikalien-Schutzkleidung zu tragen. Ein

sicherer Augenschutz ist erforderlich: Schutzbrille mit

Seitenschutz.

Die Verwendung von geschlossenen oder zumindest

staubsicheren Umfüll-, Dosier- und Mischanlagen wird

empfohlen.

Wie bei allen organischen Feststoffen muss grundsätzlich

mit Staubexplosionsgefährlichkeit gerechnet werden.

Staubablagerungen, die sich nicht vermeiden lassen, sind

regelmäßig aufzunehmen. Elektrostatische Aufladungen sind zu

vermeiden, z.B. durch Erden von Behältern, Apparaturen,

Pumpen und Absaugeinrichtungen.

Im Arbeitsbereich darf nicht gegessen, getrunken und

geraucht werden. Vor den Pausen und nach Arbeitsende Hände

waschen. Kontaminierte Kleidung ist sofort zu wechseln.

If technical extraction or ventilation measures are not

possible or are insufficient, respiratory protection (e.g.

P1 filtering half-mask) must be worn.

To avoid skin contact, tested protective gloves (e.g.

made of PVC) and suitable protective clothing (e.g. chemical

protective clothing) must be worn.

A safe eye protector is absolutely essential: (e.g. goggles

with lateral protection).

Where possible, closed or at least dustproof/splashproof

equipment should be used during filling, metered feeding,

and sampling.

Generally for dusty organic substances a dust explosure

possibility has to be asssumed.

Prevent static discharges  (e.g., by grounding).

When using do not eat/drink/smoke.

Wash hands before breaks and after finishing work.

Change contaminated clothing immediately.

Storage: In gut verschlossenen, bruchsicheren und gegen Herabfallen

gesicherten Behältern kühl und trocken lagern. Produktreste

auf den Behältern vermeiden und vorschriftsmäßig

kennzeichnen. Anforderungen an Anlagen zum Lagern

wassergefährdender Stoffe beachten.
