Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Rats inhaling 0.3 mg/m3 N,N-dimethylaniline on this dosage schedule showed significant changes in the central nervous system, blood and liver in the correlation of muscle antagonist chronaxy, a reduced number of erythrocytes and hemaglobin, increased methemoglobin level, reticulocytis, leukopenia, hypoproteinemia, a reduced-SH group content in the serum, and accumulation of pyruvic acid in the liver and serum. Dimethylaniline also increased the coproporphyrin urinary excretion and reduced the adrenal ascorbic acid level.
