Survey results on downstream user chemical safety assessments

A working group from ECHA, Cefic and DUCC launched a survey to collect experience on preparing a downstream user chemical safety report and to identify issues where clarity or further support is needed. Altogether, 128 company representatives replied to the survey. One quarter of them had carried out a chemical safety assessment. All respondents expressed a need for further guidance in the preparation of chemical safety reports.
