The responsibility for enforcement of REACH and CLP in Slovenia is placed within the Chemicals Office of the Republic of Slovenian (CORS), which is a constituent body within the Ministry of Health. The responsibility for REACH Regulation was enacted in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 23/2008 and for CLP Regulation in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/2008

Ministry of Health - Chemical Office of the Republic of Slovenia (CORS)
CORS carries out inspections of classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures by primary suppliers placing chemical products on the market. The Slovenian CLP Helpdesk is under the CORS.

Authorities responsible for Biocides enforcement

Ministry of Health - Chemical Office of the Republic of Slovenia (CORS). CORS carries out the inspections of making available on the market and the use of biocidal products as well as the placing on the market of treated articles.

The responsibility for BPR was enacted in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 20/14.

CORS support the BPR stakeholders via the BPR Helpdesk.
