Administrative data
First-aid measures
Eye contact: Flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes, lifting eyelids. If eye irritation persists, consult a physician immediately.
Skin contact: Wash the affected area with water. Take off contaminated clothes. Consult a physician immediately in case skin irritation persists.
Ingestion: If swallowed, rinse mouth with plenty of water, provided person is conscious. Get medical advice if adverse symptoms appear.
Inhalation: If inhaled, move person to fresh air. Get medical advice if adverse symptoms appear.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: water spray, CO2, dry powder, foam.
Unsuitable extinguishing media: not known.
Hazardous combustion products: combustion may produce toxic fumes containing COx, NOx.
Advice for firefighters: cool containers with water jets. Wear self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), protective equipments for eyes and face, boots, gloves, complying with the relevant EN standards.
Accidental release measures
Stop the spill if it can be done safely. Prevent contamination of surface and ground waters, sewers, soil. Collect the material with mechanic means, wearing appropriate protective equipment, and store in a clean and appropriate waste disposal container. Wash the area with water.
Handling and storage
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Avoid contact with strong acids and bases.
Avoid exposure to heat sources. In the case of heating, the product can release ammonia. Do not use on hot surfaces.
Store in a cool, well ventilated, dry place; at temperatures above 5 ° C. Keep containers tightly closed. Store in containers correctly labeled.
