Remarks on result:
other: mean value

Two assays were performed and complied with the accuracy criteria (+/- 0.5°C up to 326.9°C).

In these two assays, an isotherm was performed at 25°C during 5 min, then a heating phase was performed from 25°C to 350°C at 10°C/min

Conclusions:
The boiling point of the test item is 223.4°C at 101.325 kPa
Executive summary:

The boiling point of the test item was determined using the DSC method according to recognised guidelines and under GLP. No deviation from the guidelines was observed during the test.

Before measurements with the test item, the reliability of the apparatus was checked with a reference item. The result obtained was in accordance with the theoretical value, therefore the apparatus was considered conform for the test item boiling point determination.

The boiling point was determined into two assays to be 223.4°C at 101.325 kPa (average of two assays).

Description of key information

The boiling point of the test item was determined in a key study of Klimisch validity one, performed according to recognised guideline and under GLP.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Boiling point at 101 325 Pa:
223.4 °C
