The last five measured values were used to calculate the mean value of the surface tension for each determination. In the table below these measured data together with the corresponding test time and the mean values are summarized. All measured values are automatically corrected according to Harkins-Jordan by the application software. The mean value of each determination is finally rounded to two decimals by the software.


The age of the test solutions at the beginning of the measurement was 34 minutes for the first test solution and 48 minutes for the second test solution. The age of the test solution is defined as the period of time from the preparation of the solution to the recording of the surface tension value.
