Any other information on results incl. tables

The surface tension of water was performed at 20 °C. The experimental value of 70.4 mN/m determined for the filtered, distilled water compared well to the theoretical value of 72.75 mN/m, which yielded a percent difference of 3.2% and verified that the instrument was operating correctly.

The temperatures of the three replicates were 20.1, 20.2, and 20.2 °C, respectively. The true surface tension of the test substance was determined to be 69.6 ± 0.4 mN/m at an average recorded temperature of 20.2 ± 0.1 °C.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The surface tension of the test substance, cis-1,3-dichloropropene, was determined in triplicate to be 69.6 ± 0.4 mN/m at an average recorded temperature of 20.2 ± 0.1°C.
Executive summary:

The surface tension of cis-1,3-dichloropropene was measured with a Fisher Scientific Surface Tensiomat Model 21. The surface tension of the test substance, cis-1,3-dichloropropene, was determined in triplicate to be 69.6 ± 0.4 mN/m at an average recorded temperature of 20.2 ± 0.1°C.
