Additional information

This study shows that the degradation of BDP does not occur under the conditions of the standard test for ready biodegradability. The toxicity controls did not show any inhibitory effect. This result is supported by an additional ready biodegradability test.

Thus it is concluded that BDP not rapidly biodegraded under natural conditions in river water, in sediment as well as in soils due to lack of more information about degradation.
