Additional information

Information about transport and distribution in the environment of 1,3,4-Thiadiazolidine-2,5-dithione, reaction product with hydrogen peroxide and tert-nonanethiol (CAS 91648-65-6) is available regarding soil adsorption and the equilibrium concentration of the dissolved substance in air and water. The adsorption coefficient (Koc) was determined as > 4.27 x 10E5 (logKoc > 5.63) using OECD 121 (Fox, 2012). Rocchio (1991) reported further information about the mobility in soil of the target substance: In an experiment conducted in accordance to OECD 106 it was found that the higher organic carbon content in soil, the higher the mobility of the substance.

The Henry´s Law constant was predicted with the QSAR program HENRYWIN v3.20 by Chemservice S.A. (2013). Applying the Bond method, a value of 2.98 E-2 Pa*m³/mol at 25 °C can be reported.

Distribution modelling and other distribution data are not available for 1,3,4-Thiadiazolidine-2,5-dithione, reaction product with hydrogen peroxide and tert-nonanethiol (CAS 91648-65-6) and are not required under REACH.
