Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove the person to fresh air. Give oxygen or artificial
respiration if needed. Seek medical attention.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Flush eyes immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes.

Seek medical attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Flush skin immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes.

Seek medical attention. Wash soiled clothing before wearing
again.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek immediate medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Carbon dioxide, dry chemical, alcohol and universal foam and
water spray.

Product arising from burning: Oxides of carbon, nitrogen and sulphur.

Product determined by test: N

Protective equipment: Fire fighters should wear air supplied respirators.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Eliminate all ignition sources. Sweep up into containers
and seal. Dispose of material in accordance with government
requirements and ensure conformity to local disposal
regulations. Do not wash into sewer or waterways.

Handling and storage

Handling: Trained personnel only will use the preparation containing
the substance in the IC industry. Exposure is minimal.
Inhalation and skin contact are avoided by the use of
impermeable protective gloves and dust masks. Dust proof
filling apparatus and appropriate ventilation are also used.

Storage: The preparation containing the substance should be kept in
securely closed unbreakable containers. Keep away from
foodstuffs and sources of ignition. Store in a cool and
dark place away from humidity.

Packaging of the substance and or preparation: The preparation is packaged into either one gallon or one
quart bottles, which are then put into a cardboard box.

Disposal considerations

Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: The preparation is not recovered or recycled during normal
use. Any spilled material is not recovered but is disposed
of by incineration or disposal to landfill in accordance
with local regulations.

Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: Not known.

Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Contaminated containers or spillage of the preparation mixed
with inert material (e.g. sand or soil) may be disposed of
at an authorised tip in accordance with local regulations.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Incineration is the preferred method of disposal. The
preparation may be disposed of by burning under controlled
conditions at a licensed waste treatment processor in
accordance with local regulations. Stack gases should be
scrubbed as noxious fumes (e.g. carbon dioxide) could be
formed.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: In the unlikely event that the preparation should enter the
water treatment systems, contaminated waste water should be
treated by means of flocculation precipitation. The
precipitated material should then be incinerated.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - other: None known.

Public at large - Possibility of recovery/recycling: Not applicable as the test substance will not enter the
public domain.
