Applicant's summary and conclusion

Executive summary:

The determination of the surface tension was carried out on the test item, with the use of a Krüss K11 Tensiometer by ring method (OECD 115 method). The surface tension value was found to be 56.0 mN/m at 20°C ± 0.5°C. As the surface tension value of the aqueous solution of the test item (at 0.88 g/L concentration level) was below than 60 mN/m, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate is classified as a surface active substance.
