Executive summary:

An acute fish toxicity test was conducted according to OECD 203, under GLP conditions. A limit test was performed under semi-static conditions (renewal rate 48h). 10 fish per concentration were exposed to 100 mg/L test item or the control for 96 h at 24 ± 1 ºC. The 96h-LC50 of the test item in rice fish (Oryzias latipes) was determined to be ≥ 100 mg/L, based on nominal concentration.
