Justification for classification or non-classification

Following the guideline EU method A.14, which refers to the procedure described in "Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Tests and criteria (Part I)", the substance was evaluated as non-explosive since it did not explode under the effect of flame and was not sensitive to shock or friction.
