Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The vapour pressure was calculated to 1.1*10E-9 Pa at 25 °C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
0 Pa
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

According to the adaptation rule in Annex VII of REACH, a limit value based on measurement or a recognised calculation method is sufficient, if the melting point is between 200 °C and 300 °C. The melting point of the test substance is estimated to 235 °C, with decomposition starting at 110 °C.

If the vapour pressure of a substance is expected to be less than 10E-3 Pa according to the OECD guideline 104 or less than 10E-5 Pa according to 92/69/EEC A.4, the vapour pressure can be calculated instead of being determined experimentally.
