Description of key information

Combination of the SimpleTreat STP modelisation and a Fugacity Level III model (use of the distribution from the STP as input for the Fugacity model) indicates that Germacrene D will be mainly adsorbed on solid matter, and also to air. The initial emissions going through a standard STP, and from it to air, water and soil (sludge application on soil), may be in a first equilibrium stage distributed in environment as follows: 0.204% to air, 0.012% to water, 73.003% to soil, 0.410% to sediment, and 26.371% removed from the system (mainly by OH radical degradation in air, but also biodegradation in the STP and the different environmental compartments).
