Executive summary:

The respiration inhibition potential on activated sludge, the assay was conducted in accordance with OECD guideline 209 and EU Method C.

Test item was directly added to the testing solution. The test material was weighed directly into the vessels. The tested concentrations renged from 500 to 1000 mg/l. 3,5-Dichlorophenol was used as positive control. The EC20, EC50 and EC80 values, after 3 hours of exposure, resulted to be higher than 1000 mg/l.

Conclusion

EC50 (3h) > 1000 mg/l (nominal)

Description of key information

EC50 (3h) > 1000 mg/l (nominal)

Key value for chemical safety assessment
