Description of key information

Valid acute studies are available for two aquatic trophic levels (algae and aquatic invertebrates). Among the data available, a toxic effect was observed for these two aquatic trophic levels. Both species Daphnia magna and Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata were found to be sensitive to the registered substance with respectively 48h-EC50 (based on nominal concentrations) and 72 h-ErL50 (using a calculation method) of 45 mg/L.

Additional information

Based on the results of two acute toxicity studies, the registered substance is classified toxic to aquatic life (chronic category 3) according to CLP regulation (EC) N° 1272/2008.
