Executive summary:

The vapour pressure of Imidoxim has been measured using the vapour pressure balance according to EU method A.4. The vapour pressure range most suitable for evaluation is 10-4 to 10-2 hPa. Above this value the pressure range is too high for the method (limit of the test method) and below the sensitivity limit of the scale may cause scatered and unsage experimental values. Regression has been carried out only in the limits of the measuring range. The melting point was given as 160 °C (data by the sponsor). The experimental data used for regression have been measured between 101.7 and 78.1 °C. At 78 °C a vapour pressure of 0.00075 has been measured. The extrapolated vapour pressure at 50 °C has been reported to be 0.000014 hPa. The 25 °C value has been optained by calculation using the Antoine equation and has been specified by < 0.00001 hPa.
