In addition the EC50 -value was converted to mg/kg soil dw. Since the amount of agar in the test was with 0.5% negligiable, the EC50 of 14.8 mg/L was related to mg/kg water and multiplicated with the factor of 1.5 (standard soil density) to get mg/kg soil dw.
