Additional information

The test substance is well soluble in water (23.2 g/L) and characterized by a high vapour pressure (1 mm at 12.1 °C, 1 – 760 mm at 12.1 – 174.5 °C). Therefore, the substance might evaporate from the water phase and be transported through the atmospheric compartment. Its n-octanol-water partition coefficient is 2.15 – 2.18, which indicates low lipophilicity and a low potential for bioaccumulation. According to the key study on biodegradation in water, the substance is not readily biodegradable by microorganisms.
