- Details on results:
- With the flow rates of 6, 12 and 24 ml/h a tendency to decreased values with decreasing the flow rate was observed. As a result of it the maximum difference (MD) on the mean values of the samples at the different flow rates was >30 %. The flow rate of 6 ml/h was considered to be the minimum flow rate experimentally applicable. According to this the water solubility of the test substance is given as ≤24.5 ng/l.

The water solubility of the test substance at 20 °C and pH 5.6-5.9 was ≤24.5 ng/l.
Reference
The turbidity of the eluates was <0.1 NTU. According to this, no undissolved particles were detected in the eluates. A small response of the test substance was detected in the samples from the blank column. The reason for detection was mostly likely due to carry over from the analytical system since a similar response was observed in the analytical blanks. The responses of the blank columns were significantly below the responses of the test samples. According to this it was concluded that the responses had no effect on the results of the water solubility test for the test substance.
