Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
In conclusion, the surface tension of AES in water (at a concentration of about 0.1%) was determined to be
74.1 mN/m at 21 °C ± 0.2 °C. Based on the criteria as outlined in the EEC Guideline, AES is a not surface active substance.
