Additional information

One experimental study is available investigating the short-term toxicity of the test substance to the water flea Daphnia manga (Spoo-Klöppel, 2016). The study was conducted according to OECD 202 (GLP) under semi-static conditions. Test solutions were prepared as nominal loading rates of 6.3, 12.5, 25, 50, 100 mg/L by adding appropriate amounts of the test substance to the test medium followed by 24 h stirring and subsequent filtration using a folded filter. Analysis of the test substance was performed by DOC analysis and HPLC. After 48 h an EL50 of 36.1 mg/L (nominal) was calculated based on mobility.
