Aquatic toxicity

The available reliable ecotoxicity results selected for the effect of the substance on aquatic organisms are all based on a saturated solution of the test substance (OECD Series, No. 23 (2000)6).

The table below presents an overview of the available reliable toxicity data:

Daphnia magna

The results indicate that the saturated solution of the substance, corresponding to the geometric mean measured concentration of 0.37 mg/L, does not effect the mobility of the freshwater invertebrate Daphnia magna after 48-hours of exposure.

Algae

The results indicate that the saturated solution of the substance, corresponding to a mean measured concentration of 0.32 mg/L, does not inhibit the growth of the freshwater green algae Scenedesmus subspicatus after 72-hours of exposure.
