Additional information

The acute toxicity of the test item to fish (zebrafish) was determined according to the principles of the OECD-Guideline 203. An acute toxicity test under semi-static conditions with daily renewal of the test media was conducted with the nominal test item concentrations of 3.13 - 6.25 - 12.5 - 25.0 - 50.0 mg/L (factor 2) corresponding to geometric mean measured concentrations of 2.24 - 5.48 - 12.2 - 24.5 - 47.4 mg/L. Duration of the test was 96 hours. Seven test organisms were exposed to each test concentration and the control. All validity criteria of the test guideline were met. The LC50 was determined to be 8.18 mg/L. The LC0 was determined to be 5.48 mg/L. The LC100 was determined to be 12.2 mg/L.
