Description of key information

In a terrestrial long-term test according to OECD 208,  Dichloromethylbenzene had no adverse effects in six tested plant species at concentrations up to 400 mg/kg soil dry weight.

Long-term EC10, LC10 or NOEC for terrestrial plants:
400 mg/kg soil dw

Additional information

The only effects observed in this study were a reduced shoot length in Cucumis sativus at 1000 mg/kg soil dry weight a Therefore, the lowest LOEC and NOEC were 1000 mg/kg soil dry weight and 400 mg/kg soil dry weight, respectively.
