Description of key information
The test substance is stable as a solution in arachis oil for 18 days. Arachis oil is suitable for use as a vehicle in the 28-day repeated dose oral toxicity study.
Additional information
The stability of the test substance in arachis oil, used as the vehicle in a 28-day repeated dose oral toxicity study, was determined by comparing the chromatograms of the test substance stored in this vehicle at concentrations of 25 and 250 mg/mL on day 0 and on day 18. The post-storage mean concentrations were 93 -95% of the initial concentration after 18 days.
