Based on the results, the EC50 of of acetaldehyde based on the inhibition of germination of Lactuca sativa was 22.1 mmol, corresponding to 972.4 mg.
Executive summary:

The effects of seed germination inhibition of acetaldehyde was investigated in a laboratory test. Twenty lettuce seeds were exposed to acetaldehyde in agar medium at a constant test temperature of 30°C. Inhibition of germination was determined three days after test start. Based on the observed effects, the EC50 of acetaldehyde was calcuolated to be 22.1 mmol, corresponding to 972.4 mg.
