According to "Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment Chapter R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance", the critical micelle concentration (CMC) can be considered as the solubility limit. Given that the watersolubility of the acetate salt is higher than the watersolubility of the pure (Z)-N-(3-aminopropyl)-N'-9-octadecenylpropane-1,3-diamine acetate the read across is considered as “the worst case scenario”.
