Additional information

The key study for long term effects is based on an Early-life stage: reproduction, (sub) lethal effects in Oryzias latipes completed in 2001 following the OECD Test Guideline 210 with a reported NOEC based on mean of measured concentrations of 0.28 mg/L. Concentrations of PAP maintained between 55 and 64% depending on the nominal concentration. One supporting study was included with klimisch of 1, Prolonged Toxicity Study in Oryzias latipes at 14 days according to OECD 204, with a reported LC50 of > 0.788 mg/L. Values based on mean measured concentrations calculated directly from data in the study report.
