Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Predicted atmospheric half-life: 5.0 hours

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

No measured data on photo-transformation are available. A half-life in air of 5.0 hours has been proposed based on an OH radical concentration of 5x10exp5 molecules/ml (TGD default). The US EPA AOPWIN programme gives a predicted rate constant of 77.29x10exp-12 cm3/molecule.sec. With the TGD model for photodegradation, this is equivalent to a half-life of 5.0 hours.
