Conclusion on classification

Based on the available chronic toxicity data, the test substance also does not show toxicity under CLP criteria, but nevertheless show grounds for concern on long-term toxicity as the substance is poorly soluble in water (2.30 µg/L) and is not rapidly biodegradable. Furthermore, no adequate long-term toxicity data is available for all three trophic levels as information on long-term toxicity to fish is not available yet (Substance-specific information for this endpoint will be submitted by 21 June 2021, as requested by ECHA (Decision number: CCH-D-2114382075-49-01/F). Based on these grounds for concern, the substance is be classified as Aquatic Chronic 4: H413 (May cause long lasting harmful effects to aquatic life) as 'safety net' in accordance with EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
