Acetyl chloride hydrolyses very fast to acetic acid & hydrochloric acid. Data on acetic acid and hydrochloric acid is provided.

Acetic acid: The 48 -h EC50 with Daphnia magna is 65 mg/l (OECD 202).
Hydrochloric acid: The 48 h EC50 of pH 5.3 is 0.492 mg/l (OECD 202).
