Description of key information

After evaporation or exposure to the air, the product will be rapidly degraded by photochemical processes.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Half-life in air:
1.6 h
Degradation rate constant with OH radicals:
0 cm³ molecule-1 s-1

Additional information

The substance is not stable when exposed to the atmosphere. A half life of 1.6 hours was calculated for the substance at a rate constant of 230.44 E-12 cm³/molecule-sec using the AOPWIN Model v1.92 (EPI SUITE v.4.11; US EPA, 2012; BASF SE, 2014). The calculation assumed a sensitizer concentration of 500000 OH radicals and a 24 hour day.
