Description of key information

The no observed effect concentration (NOEC) of 3-chloroaniline in plant [Lactuca sativa (Lettuce)] in a 14 days study period on the basis of mortality effect was found to be 32 mg/kg.

Based on the studies summarized in the above table for the target substance 3-chloroaniline in terrestrial plants (Lactuca sativa),the endpoint value was found to vary between the effective concentration (EC50) = 15 mg/kg and no observed effect concentration (NOEC)= 32mg/kg

in a 14 days study on the basis of mortality and population effect.
