The surface tension for different stereoisomers of menthyl acetate was reported to be 27.61 to 28.35 mN/m at 30 °C in a publication. Another publication reports a surface tension of 27.98 mN/m at 30 °C. Both publications are considered in a weight of evidence approach and the key value for the chemical safety assessment was set to 28 mN/m at 30 °C.
